Syndicate Bank, a Premier Nationalised Bank, invites ONLINE applications from Indian Citizens for recruitment of 1000 Agricultural Assistants in Clerical cadre.

Details of Vacancies:
All together 1000 ( one thousand ) vacancies are existing in the 32 States of the Country,whose details can be seen in the advertisement.Out of total 1000 vacancies , 155 are for SC,54 for ST, 246 for OBC & 545 for General candidates.
145 vacancies are for Ex-serviceman & 30 for PWD ( 10 each for OC,VI & HI ).
- Scale of Pay: Rs. 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-
600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/ 1-18500-800/1-19300/-( 20 years ) & other allowances like DA, HRA etc. as per Bank Rules. - A candidate can apply for vacancies in one State only and has to appear for the examination from a centre of that particular State only.
- Minimum Educational Qualification ( as on 01.07.2011) :
(i) Graduates from the Indian Agricultural Colleges/University.
(ii) Knowledge of Official /Regional Language of the State of which the candidate applies is essential.( i.e. to read, write and to speak )
(iii) Computer Literacy is essential.
- Age Limit ( as on 01.07.2011 ) : 18 to 28 years. Relaxation in upper age limit for reserved categories is as per Govt. norms.
